Whitney Equipment Company maintains a fully staffed service department consisting of three technicians and a 5,000 sf service shop providing the best possible service to our customers before, during and after equipment purchase.
Each service technician maintains a primary focus of several complementary product lines while simultaneously cross-training on the others in order to maintain our commitment to continuously support our customers. Technicians are factory trained and authorized to perform start-up, warranty, and repair service on the majority of the equipment represented.
In addition to start-up and repair services, Whitney Equipment Company offers preventative maintenance programs, which includs service contracts as well as service training. It is our position that the best practice is to be proactive rather than reactive when it comes to maintaining equipment. Whitney provides cost effective means to keep your equipment downtime to a minimum because we understand the importance of equipment reliability and the cost associated with equipment downtime. Customers participating in preventative maintenance contracts receive discounted parts and/or labor.
